What is Lightly?
Berlin, like many major cities, faces a severe housing crisis—frustrated tenants struggle to secure a rental unit at a reasonable price, while overwhelmed landlords navigate an exhausting selection process. Lightly doesn’t solve the shortage of affordable housing, but it does streamline the rental process for both sides. Tenants receive automated real-time updates, submission assistance, and a centralized documentation hub, while landlords benefit from reduced manual work from an automated tenant pre-screening and a more secure selection process.
